All assets that feature Gemini and Google AI must be formally approved by Google before going live.Be sure to share your marketing plans with your Partner Manager as early as possible, and submit your assets for review through the Partner Marketing Hub.

These guidelines and assets create a strong, consistent global identity for Chromebooks and build brand love with our consumers. Keep in mind that these guidelines and assets are only for marketing consumer-facing products. If you’re marketing enterprise or education products instead, here’s where to find guidelines:

Review process
Here’s the best way to work with our team:
- For assets related to product development of new devices, please work with your Google contact and check/update your project tracker accordingly.
- For all other review requests, please submit your assets for review through the Partner Marketing Hub.
- Before submitting your marketing material for approval, please make sure it complies with our brand guidelines to ensure an efficient review process. Asset review times vary based on customization and involvement of other Google brands (e.g., Gemini, YouTube). Custom campaigns and asset modificationsmay require additional time for marketing and legal approvals.
Also, don’t forget to check with your local legal counsel to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
